Then dry it with a low-temperature -40°C vacuum quick-freezing technology which will dehydrate the fresh lemon slices (<5% water). Not only can keep the fiber structure intact, but also inhibits the production of microorganisms and enzymes by keeping it dry, so that you can simply taste the freshest state of a pure lemon.
